We prepare every cable duct, conduit, or channel in walls and ceilings to prevent the spread of fire or smoke in the event of a fire.
We work with leading system manufacturers such as Hilti, which allows us to use solutions with proven effectiveness (e.g., sleeves, discs, modules) tailored to the requirements of data centers. Our fire stopping solutions take into account air flow control and tightness, which is particularly important in a data center environment so as not to alter cooling conditions and air pressure.

Data Center — PME 8863 VLB1A
The new Data Center located in the Gromstul area of Skien, Norway marks the company's first facility in the country. The initial construction phase has been allocated 240MW of power capacity, ensuring robust energy delivery for hyperscale operations. Designed with sustainability in mind, the project integrates an innovative waste-heat reuse system, enabling excess heat from the data center to be repurposed for external applications within the community.

Data center campus located just outside Amsterdam is built to deliver long-term performance and seamless scalability. The site includes purpose-designed technical space across two dedicated buildings. Every hall is engineered with a strong focus on efficiency, adaptability, and operational resilience.
